RIKA Climate Stage provides targeted heating in the piglets’ resting area with the flexibility to adjust the heat output as conditions change.
With three heating levels – 0%, 50% and 100% – the heat output can be adapted to the piglets’ need for warmth. This helps create the right microclimate without using full heating capacity when it is not required.
Stage is adjusted using a magnet, eliminating the need for switches or buttons on the lamp. The Plug & Play design makes installation simple – connect the lamp and it is ready for use.
Even when the heating is switched off, an integrated night light provides light underneath the lamp.
Like Classic, Stage provides even heat distribution under the canopy and is designed for the demanding conditions of pig production. The lamp is washable, can be mounted directly onto the canopy and features an easily replaceable heating element with a longer lifetime than traditional heat bulbs.
Stage provides a simple way to adjust the amount of heat in the piglets’ microclimate. The three-stage control makes it possible to reduce heat output when full capacity is not needed, while maintaining the option of full heating when conditions require it.
